Our team participated in a remarkable project at the world’s most luxurious hotel – Burj Al Arab “The Terrace”!
In the presence of the royal family, this extraordinary structure was officially opened on May 25, 2016, in Dubai. It is located directly above the surface of the Arabian Gulf, adjacent to the iconic Burj Al Arab hotel.

The terrace, covering an area of more than 10,000 m², extends 100 meters into the sea. It is positioned 5 meters above sea level and supported by 90 steel pylons up to 1 meter in diameter, anchored securely into the seabed.

Guests can enjoy two swimming pools with a total capacity of 600 people – one with freshwater and one with saltwater. The pools’ surface areas are 612 m² (918 m³) and 824 m² (1,150 m³) respectively.
The saltwater pool features an impressive 80-meter infinity edge, creating the illusion of swimming straight into the open sea, while being fully secured for maximum safety.

For ultimate relaxation, visitors can unwind in four whirlpool baths offering panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf or the stunning Burj Al Arab itself.
The terrace also includes a pool bar, a classic bar, and a fully air-conditioned restaurant situated directly by the pools.
Guests can enjoy sunbathing on loungers placed either in the open sun or shaded by palm trees and umbrellas.

The terrace also features air-conditioned bungalows, which can be used not only for relaxation but also for business meetings.
With the premium services provided by the hotel staff, you can easily make an excellent impression on your business partners.
In outdoor temperatures often exceeding 50 °C, every guest will appreciate being greeted at the airport by a Rolls-Royce hotel transfer, switching to a golf cart at the hotel, and being taken directly to the door of their bungalow.

Our company is one of the few that participated both in the preparation of the project documentation and in the actual implementation.
Our main task was to supply the complete pool technology required for the operation of both pools and whirlpools, including the measurement and control system.
The entire system is connected online directly to our company, allowing us to continuously monitor pool operation and water parameters.

The assignment was:

“Based on the superior and precisely developed design study, prepare the project including all technical calculations of the pool system and deliver all technological components within a record-short deadline.”
